During #GCD2013 there will be a
Bake Sale stand whereby Kaurageous Leicester will be selling baked goodies to
raise money for Khalsa Aid. Established in 1999, Khalsa Aid (reg. charity
1080374) is an international non-profit aid and relief organization founded on
the Sikh principles of selfless service and universal love. If you would like
to bake some vegetarian, egg free baked goodies please contact leicesterkaurs@hotmail.com
***PLEASE DO REMEMBER*** that
recipes must be egg free, alcohol free and free of any animal ingredients as
these cakes will be sold at the Gurdwara.
Accordingly, please do bake with the
normal love, respect and attention you would do when making Langar.

in advance. If you could FILL IN THE
ATTACHED FORM to help us identify if your bakes are suitable for the
Gurdwara premises (i.e. questions 1-3
answered yes) and if they are suitable for individuals with nut allergies,
diabetes or gluten allergies so we can label appropriately on the day.
